One of my golden rules is: Things done with specific and clear intent, produce intended results and things done without specific intent produce unintended results.
In my life journey and observations it is clear that the majority of people think, say and do most things in life without any conscious and specific intent. To keep myself on track I like to ask myself regularly the following questions that serve to keep me focused:
- What is my intention in holding or holding on to that belief?
- What is my intended result in thinking that way?
- What is my intent in doing what I am doing right now?
I find that my answer help to keep me focused, keep my eyes on the prize and approach even conversations in a positive manner with a winner’s attitude! Feel free to borrow my mantra question – - – “What is my intended result for this thought, the activity I am choosing now or my way of being?”

Hey Tori – So glad you enjoyed them all.
