Are you in search of a Home Based Business Opportunity?
As an entrepreneur or aspiring Home Based Business Entrepreneur it is critical that you have a due diligence process. In late 2007 when I came from the corporate world and was seeking a business I could run from the comfort of my home – one which would replace my six figure corporate salary — I documented the process I followed in my due diligence. I found I focused on 4-5 specific components/criteria.
Here are 4 videos I produced covering the key requirements I had and am happy to share with you. They are a consolidation of my recommendations as a 30 year corporate executive – responsible for business and property acquisition. In them I cover exactly what you should look for in your due diligence of ANY home based business opportunity.
Part 1 – Introduction (9:41)
In Video #2 I cover the first of my Three Ps. Our ideas on the review of the key people in the business you are considering. My opinion on the priorities might just surprise you!
Part 2 – P1=People (4:53)
In this third video I cover the concept of working on your home based business opportunity rather than in it – Do the existing processes and systems allow for that or just provide you an opportunity for another J-O-B
Part 3 – P2=Processes & Systems (5:12)
In this final video I cover the key things to look for in the ideal product/service. It should stand alone without the compensation plan. Reviewing the pay plan of a home based business opportunity is a separate requirements review.
Part 4 – P3=Products & Pay (6:04)
